We typically dispatch the product within 1 business day of receiving the order. Domestic shipping can take up to 3-6 business days in metros, and 4-8 days other places depending on the area. In addition we offer express shipping with special request for it.

The price shown on each product page is the cost of the handbag only.
- Shipping: Nominal shipping charges around ₹40-₹50, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We may also offer free shipping on eligible orders or as part of promotional offers.
- Taxes: Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated according to the shipping destination and is displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Every DOODLUXE handbag is made in small batches using carefully selected materials and hardware. Each piece is inspected multiple times for stitching strength, strap durability, smooth zips and clean finishing before it leaves our workshop. This is how we make sure your bag looks beautiful on day one—and stays that way with everyday use.

Most of the bags are made of PU (synthetic leather made from polyurethane), which is planet-friendly. The inside of the bag may be lined with various materials, including fabric. The materials used for the bags are mentioned in the specification section of each product.

DOODLUXE handbags are designed to be your everyday companions for the long term, not just for a single season. How long a bag lasts depends on how often you use it, how much weight you carry and how you care for it, but with normal daily use and basic care, you can typically expect a DOODLUXE bag to last 2 years or more.
Returns & Refunds

All our products undergo quality control.
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Returns are only accepted for products that are physically damaged on arrival, defective, or delivered incorrectly. To be eligible for a return, the customer must have been informed of the reason within 24 hours of delivery.

If a product is damaged due to usage, it is not eligible for a refund.
