We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
The product images on this website are displayed as they are, with no filters or digital retouching applied. Every effort is made to display our products as accurately as possible. We also provide a magnified view of the product to give you a clear sense of the final product.

When is the return accepted?

Returns are only accepted for products that are physically damaged on arrival, defective, or delivered incorrectly. To be eligible for a return, the customer must have been informed of the reason within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept any exchange or return requests for products purchased during a SALE.

The entire exchange or return process typically takes 7 to 14 working days. If you haven't received a refund within this time frame, first recheck your bank account.
